This conference will discuss the emerging changes in the world’s television – online, global, on-demand – with new players, new business models, and new regulatory issues

Speakers include:

Hamadoun Touré – Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Sen. Stephen Conroy – Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Australia

Lawrence Strickling  – Administrator, National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA)

Other speakers include academic, governmental, and industry representatives from France, Germany, Silicon Valley, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Taiwan, Wall Street, OTT providers, and the telecom and cable TV industries.
