Film & Philosophy, Augmented Reality, and Transmedia
Christiane Paul will be delivering 3 talks this month:
On February 16, she will be giving the Keynote for the Film & Philosophy: Corpus//Bodies Program, presented by the Graduate Film Studies Group at the University of Florida – “Expanding Cinema: The Moving Image in Digital Art”
Then on February 21, Christiane will be participating in the opening reception and panel conversation for Gimme More: Is Augmented Reality the Next Medium?, at Eyebeam in New York. Moderated by Laetitia Wolff of futureflair, who coordinated the New York edition of this project, the conversation will feature interactive designer Carla Diana, digital arts scholar Christiane Paul, art director Ph. Williams, architect Mike Szivos, and others still to be confirmed.
And on February 26, she will be giving a lecture in the Transmedia Colloquium at Syracuse University. (Rescheduled from this past Fall semester)
