The Metropolitan Museum of Art welcomes a vibrant group of graduate students, museum professionals, and senior scholars to conduct independent study and research related to the Museum’s collections each year. On average we host fifty national and international scholars who conduct research in curatorial, conservation, scientific research, and education departments and engage with one another and the Museum’s collections, and expand dialogue about art in their fields.

We are happy to announce our new online application is now open for 2014-2015 applications.
