Art Therapy Open Art Studios

The open art therapy studios will meet Fridays from 3-4:30 through mid-December except weeks listed below  The closed Fall art therapy group is scheduled to start in early October and meet Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 PM. Both take place in the conference room.

All students with a valid New School ID are welcome to utilize the open studios.

The closed group, on the other hand, is only available to those who have paid their health services fee. The group can be done concurrently with individual counseling and does not count against the student’s 12 allotted sessions, so it’s also a great opportunity for students who’ve exhausted their allotted sessions in the fall but would still benefit from continuing to be involved in structured therapeutic experience.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Kate McIntosh with any questions or to learn more about the art therapy.
