Harm Reduction Psychotherapy Certificate Program

Interested in learning alternative and practical approaches for addressing substance use?  Curious about how harm reduction works? Consider joining our one-year certificate program this September at The New School for Social Research.

We are offering a Harm Reduction Psychotherapy Certificate Program in collaboration with Dr. Andrew Tatarsky of the Center for Optimal Living.  Dr. Jenifer Talley and Dr. Tatarsky co-teach the classes in the program and will be joined by special guest lecturers teaching in their areas of expertise.

This unique program is designed for graduate students and professionals who want to expand their knowledge of working effectively with substance misuse and other addictive behaviors using a harm reduction framework.  This approach can be adapted and applied to various clinical settings.  This program is approved to offer 48 hours of continuing education credits for CASACs by OASAS.

All New School alumni receive a 10% discount on tuition.
