Days later, the NYPD arrested the entire cast on obscenity charges. Asch’s provocative drama has inspired theater artists ever since – including author Paula Vogel, whose new play, Indecent, explores the controversy that erupted following the 1923 production. At this panel, we’ll discuss the radical possibilities of Yiddish theater.  #YiddishTheater
