NYCIndieFF Voice Exhibit Project Call For Entries
The Best Indie Films are coming to NYC May 2 – 7
NYCIndieFF Voice Exhibit Project
The NYC Indie Film Fest welcome all voices, from NYC and worldwide, to the NYCIndieFF Voices Exhibit Project. The NYCIndieFF Voices Exhibit Project will give you the opportunity to send us a short, honest video about how you feel about your place in your community, country, and the world. You don’t have to be a filmmaker, you just have to have a voice and a camera. This installation piece will be curated by the Festival’s Executive Director, Dennis Cieri, to give the unheard a voice a platform and highlight the differences that make this country great. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions on how to be a part of this Project.
The event is looking for open and honest talks about how you feel about your place in your community, country, and the world. All ideas and thoughts are welcome and will be shown unedited. There are no fees involved in submitting a video and all videos submitted will be reviewed before being included in the exhibit.
The only requirements are open and free dialogue, and for you to talk in the video about yourselves and how you feel. Please keep all videos between 2 – 8 minutes length and sent to us by March 1. A phone may be used, but please turn the phone sideways while shooting to better fit the screen. You may sit alone or host a group talk with friends or family. You may blur your face or distort your voice.
All submissions may be sent to us as a message on Facebook or as an email to email@example.com. Please include your name, email, and the link to your video on YouTube or Vimeo.
