Are you thinking about applying to next year’s Venture Lab? Eager to join a team or recruit new teammates to your venture?

Join us for this Team Generator Event where you’ll meet like-minded students! These events will include opportunities for 1-minute pitches from attendees, but you need to sign-up in advance to request a slot. If you don’t want to pitch, you can still attend to mingle with other students and learn about some of the exciting projects already underway!

 

Venture Lab Workshop

Calling all entrepreneurial students with a passion for social change! Whether you’ve already started working on a project or have yet to hone in on an idea, this workshop will allow you to develop the skills to effectively address a complex challenge, so you can refine your venture concept. Expert facilitators will guide you through the process of defining an unmet need and developing prototypes to test your assumptions, so you can validate your idea.

Venture Lab Pitch Event

Eager to learn about the innovative approaches that top-performing teams enrolled in this spring’s inaugural Venture Lab course are developing to address complex social challenges? Sign-up to attend this public event at which students will pitch for up to $20,000 in prize money.

Following the pitches, attendees will hear from an inspiring impact entrepreneur working to create a more inclusive economy and enjoy light refreshments while mingling with students and members of the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem. Prize winners will be announced at the end of the evening.

The Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative (IEI) is a university-wide initiative that supports early-stage entrepreneurial leaders in developing the mindsets, skills, and sense of purpose needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
