Oxford Film Festival: Now Accepting Student Films

The Oxford Film Festival in Mississippi is now accepting Student Films and submissions are open to their 2019 edition which takes place in February. They will be awarding  a $10,000 cash prize for short films and a $1,000 prize for short screenplays.
