Get a $150 Student Discount for the Forms of Experience Workshop at UnionDocs! June 1-3, 2018

Within the realm of issue-driven documentary, a common visual language is often used to communicate empathy, urgency, and action around a cause. Happening this weekend, participants will learn how to work outside of that framework and make social issue films that emphasize and experiment with artistic expression.
Participants will learn from an all-star lineup including: producer Su Kim (Hale County, This Morning, This Evening), with guest instructors Steve Maing (Crime + Punishment), Cecilia Aldarondo (Memories of a Penitent Heart), Deborah Stratman (The Illinois Parables), Nanfu Wang (Hooligan Sparrow), and Sam Aleshinloye (Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution).
UnionDocs has a few spots left for Forms of Experience: Approaching the Social Issue Documentary, led by Su Kim (Hale Country, This Morning, This Evening), and they’re offering your students and recent graduates $150 off!
