Immediacy is a student-centered, online journal of the School of Media Studies at the New School in New York. Emphasizing the School’s philosophy for the integration of media theory, history, and myriad forms of media practice, the purpose of the journal is to provide a space for fresh approaches and perspectives in the understanding of media.
