UnionDocs’ WORLDS MADE REAL: STORYTELLING FOR IMMERSIVE DOCUMENTARY WORKSHOP

Explore the possibilities of making documentaries for emerging interactive platforms at UnionDocs’ WORLDS MADE REAL: STORYTELLING FOR IMMERSIVE DOCUMENTARY workshop! From July 13-15, put your ideas into practice with hands-on sessions that focus on design strategies and production/distribution processes for making interactive, participatory and immersive narratives, including those on emerging VR platforms.
Led by Marco Castro Cosio (Brown Institute for Media Innovation), this workshop will include a range of experts, including Courtney Cogburn (1000 Cut Journey, Columbia University School of Social Work), Debra Anderson (Datavized Technologies, Parsons XR Lab), Sandra Rodriguez (EyeSteelFilm, MIT OpenDocLab), Todd Bryant (NYU Interactive Telecommunications Program), and Jacob Loewenstein (Samsung Next), to help guide you through the seemingly daunting or inaccessible process!
