Creative Opportunity: Student Needed for Sustainable Building Documentary Project

Alicia Ortiz is looking to connect with a student to do some work on a film project to document the construction of the most futuristic townhouse in Manhattan about to begin construction on the Upper West Side.

The townhouse will be under construction for the next 14 months and the student would be asked to visit the construction site weekly or biweekly for updates, interviews with the team and to create short (1 minute or so) segments for social media to update public on the live project.

Artistic freedom will be given to the student to tell the rest of the story as a longer form documentary focused sustainable design, retrofitting and sustainable cities. Townhouse is for sale and compensation will be after the home is purchased.

Please contact Alicia Ortiz if you’re interested.
