Modes of Making: A 3-day Intensive by UnionDocs

Join UnionDocs for Modes of Making: A 3-day Intensive of Producing for Documentary led by Danielle Varga (Cameraperson)! The process of producing a documentary film, especially in the independent or experimental landscape, can have various unforeseen turns. Yet the producer is expected to reign in the uncertainty, to provide a clear path forward.
From November 9-11, this workshop will cover the fundamentals of producing in all stages of production, from pitching and fundraising to an overview of the day-to-day tasks. Learn the philosophies behind choosing which projects to work on, models of juggling multiple projects, and how to offer support from a range of guest instructors including Jamila Wignot (Town Hall), Kellen Quinn (Midnight Family), Ligaiya Romero (The Argus Project), Laura Coxson (Chef Flynn), and Steve Holmgren (INAATE/SE/).
Early bird deadline is 10/26! Register and learn more here: bit.ly/2DAg0pt
