Mixed Messages 2019 Applications Now Open!

The 23rd Annual MIXED MESSAGES Media Studies Graduate Showcase Spring 2019 is currently accepting applications!

Mixed Messages, is a juried annual showcase of outstanding creative work by graduate students and recent alumni of the School of Media Studies.

The projects span across various formats, themes and genres. Project topics can include but are not limited to media advocacy, social engagement, media management, branding, digital storytelling, and interactive art. Open to all graduate students and alumni of School of Media Studies for coursework (including thesis) completed between Fall 2017 and Fall 2018. Winners will be awarded media goods and services donated by media and tech companies.

Application Deadline: Friday, March 1, 2019

Presentations and Reception: Friday, April 26, 2019  @ Starr Foundation Hall, Room UL102, University Center

Exhibition: April 27 – May 4 @  Media Studies Loft, 79 5th Ave, 16th Floor
