“Tax Tips for Freelancers,” Workshop Hosted at New York Public Library
“Tax Tips for Freelancers” is Part 3 (of 3) of the Small Business Tax Workshops Series at the Science, Industry & Business Library (SIBL).
It is designed to inform startups and established freelancers, entrepreneurs and independent contractors, about their tax requirements and record keeping responsibilities. Attendees will learn about Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business (Sole Proprietorship), deductible business expenses, self-employment tax and other tax topics.
