Wild to Inspire Short Film Contest Now Accepting Submissions

Submittable helps artists find opportunities and organizations find artists. They are currently working with National Geographic WILD and the Wild to Inspire Short Film Contest, which is accepting film submissions through March 1.

Wild to Inspire is open to short films that celebrate the concept of the everyday explorer. For Nat Geo WILD, exploration means more than just climbing the highest mountain or diving into the deepest parts of the ocean; exploration can be listening to new music, finding new parts of your city, embracing new cultures or making a film. All it takes to be an everyday explorer is a little bit of curiosity and determination.

It’s completely free to enter. The top finalists will attend the Sun Valley Film Festival to screen their films. One lucky grand prize winner will receive $1000 and a National Geographic Expedition to explore wildlife and wild places up close alongside other everyday explorers. Two finalists will receive $500 each.
