SMS Faculty Member Tony Anemone Presented a Lecture at Tromso University: The Arctic University of Norway
In January, Tony Anemone presented a lecture entitled “2001: A Space Odyssey and Solaris: Visual Surfaces and Philosophical Depths” at Tromso University: The Arctic University of Norway, and in June 2019 he presented a chapter of his book-in-progress on the Soviet-Georgian film director Mikhail Kalatozov (“Kalatozov in Hollywood”) at the University of Zagreb (Croatia). His review of Igor Stam’s movie Casting recently appeared in KinoKultura: New Russian Cinema.
