Kathleen Rugh’s latest film “Winter’s First Moons” was screened at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland in June 2019. Also, it will screen as part of the Experimental Superstars Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia in September 2019.
