Collaboratory Centennial Symposium: 100 Years of Scholar Activism
Theresa Lang Community and Student Center, Arnhold Hall
The New School Collaboratory will host its second symposium to celebrate and critically reflect on the university’s 100-year commitment to scholar activism and public engagement.
Collaboratory symposia are designed through a participatory process to nurture interdisciplinary partnerships, grapple with new and long-sustained challenges, and create an inclusive setting for generative discussions with peers on best practices for ensuring equity and impact in academic-community collaborations.
Through partnership with Imagining America, the event also brings together experienced faculty and community partners from universities and colleges in the region to jointly envision a more just and resilient future.
Visit The Collaboratory website for more information and highlights from past symposia.
Co-sponsored by Imagining America, The New School Collaboratory, and the Schools of Public Engagement.
