Student Assistant to Director of Undergraduate Studies Position Available
The Director of Undergraduate Programs in Media Studies oversees the curriculum, faculty, students and daily operation of the undergraduate media studies program delivered through the Bachelor’s Program for Adult and Transfer Students (BPATS) in SPE. Approximately 50 courses in Film and Media Studies, Production, Business, and Screenwriting are offered each fall and spring. The School of Media Studies also delivers an undergraduate Major in Media Studies and university-wide minors in Film Production and in Screenwriting. The assistant to the Director will assist with data-tracking, communications, publicity, event production, and outreach. Should be proficient in the use of Excel, Google docs, Word. Comfort using social media and some web design abilities. Some familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, and digital editing software preferred. Assistant should be detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable.
