Call for Entries, IDA 2020 Awards

The International Documentary Association is going to begin accepting submissions this upcoming Monday, May 18.

Every year IDA presents the David L. Wolper Student Award, an award for a short or feature-length film or video, produced by registered, degree-seeking student(s). This award recognizes exceptional achievement in nonfiction film and video production at the university level and brings greater public and industry awareness to the work of students in the documentary field. The winner of the award will receive a $1,000 cash honorarium.

If you are familiar with the awards, please make note of the changes we have made to our Rules & Regulations this year to accommodate the effects COVID-19 has had on the filmmaking community.

Apply directly at documentary.org/awards/submit.
