The Program in Race and Ethnicity seeks a Graduate Assistant to support the director in the administration of this expanding Undergraduate Minor. The ideal candidate must possess a reasonable knowledge and interest in the interdisciplinary fields that comprise critical race and ethnic studies; be able to work well with the varied and diverse constituencies (students, staff, faculty) with whom they will regularly engage; is attentive to detail and given to taking the initiative; and has impressive interpersonal skills, including a demonstrable capacity for exemplary written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will be punctual with assignments, and flexible to the changing demands of a dynamic program.
