Design Caucus: Democracy x Design, October 17-18

Design Caucus organizes design activism challenges with the aim of leveraging strategic design as a driver of social change, and encouraging transdisciplinary collaboration among students in The New School.

Our next design activism challenge is on October 17-18 and the topic is “How might we facilitate a more just election and outcome in 2020 and beyond?”.

We would really appreciate it if you could share this information with your students, because this  is an extremely important and relevant topic for all of us and also an amazing opportunity to meet and partner with students from Parsons, LANG and NSSR.

Design Caucus is an opportunity to address social issues with system solutions and interventions. There is a place for you regardless of background; whether you have deep domain knowledge, a tremendous ability to create, fervent passion, or something else entirely. We provide tools, mentorship, and the chance to win financial support at the end of your two day journey. You may register as an individual, and we will craft diverse teams with complementary skills and knowledge, or register as a team.
