Oscar Frasser was selected to present his multimedia project/documentary film “The Unintended of Times Square” at the 2020 The Critical Media Literacy Conference of The Americas.
The presentation will discuss the decolonizing practices and third cinema origins of long-time community media organizations making transformative media for over 4 decades across the United States and screen contemporary short experimental documentaries including oral history storytelling techniques with a Latin American immigrant community of performance artists working in Times Square, NYC.
