Last Call: Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival 2021, Deadline 2/10
Call for Entries
The 23nd Tel-Aviv International Student Film Festival
The International Competition
We are delighted to invite your school to submit its recent student films to the 2021 International Competition.
The festival will take place on June 20st – 26th, 2021 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The International Competition is the main event of the festival, dating back to 1986, every year it showcases a new generation of emerging film talents from around the world.
The festival is an opportunity for young filmmakers from over 50 countries to present short innovative cinema, participate in gala screenings, masterclasses, conferences and special tributes.
Every year the festival hosts over 70 film students and guests of honour such as Gus Van Sant, Marcello Mastroianni, Emir Kusturica, Chantal Akerman, Jacque Audiard, the Dardenne Brothers and many more.
We are looking for Student films that stand out. Films that challenge the audience’s point of view. Films that dive deep into thoughts and feelings we don’t normally witness on the screen. And also films that, in these harsh times, can give us a shroud of hope for the future of cinema.
Entry Requirements:

- Submitted films must have been completed after January 2020. • Submitted films must be no longer than 30 min.
