Help Students Speak Truth to Power at: Speaking Truth To Power: A 3-day workshop on Investigative Documentary

We live in a challenging and important time for investigative journalists and the press to hold those in power accountable. From January 11-13, Emmy-award winning lead instructor Hilke Schellmann and guests will guide participants to spot and report impactful stories that are hiding in plain sight, going step-by-step through reporting, interviewing and producing visually compelling documentaries. Guest instructors include Derek Kravitz (ProPublica), Judith Helfand (Chicken & Egg), Steve Maing (Crime + Punishment), and Lindsay Crouse (OpDocs).
