NYWIFT Development Program: Final Draft 11 Basics and Beyond, 1/20

In this live webinar learn tips and tricks on how to get the most out of Final Draft 11. Learn how to clearly navigate the latest features, including how to use and customize templates, Beat Board, Story Map, Alternate Dialogue, Speech to Script, and more.

The first 60 minutes will be spent demonstrating Final Draft 11 and its features, with some opportunity for participation from the audience via chat.

The rest of the 90-minute webinar will be devoted to audience Q&A.

Panelists

MK McFadden is a writer and director that graduated with a B.F.A. in Film Production and a M.F.A in Creative Writing. Her early career consisted in working post-production on various television shows, including the Peabody award-winning Season 1 of Surviving R.Kelly. In 2019, she joined Final Draft’s Tech Support team where she helps writers navigate the software to bring their own stories to life.  In December 2019, she was certified as a Final Draft Script Coordinator as well.

Sadie Dean is a filmmaker and musician from Los Angeles. She oversees events and global sponsorships for Final Draft. Sadie has over a decade of experience working in the entertainment industry as a writer, producer, and script supervisor. She received her MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute. As a writer, she’s been repped, optioned and written on spec. Sadie has produced music videos and a feature documentary film. She has also worked as a script supervisor on projects with Warner Bros., TBS, and AwesomenessTV. Recently she provided music scoring on a few short films and produced an album.
